"This restaurant is just amazing. I have visited many “Italian” restaurants around the world but for the first time I actually experienced the traditional, real, home made authentic food. Unlike the other restaurants Donna Francesca is a family business and the most important thing is the quality of the food - not the presentation or interior of the restaurant. I am so glad my Italian friends invited me there. It is the tourist dream to find a real local restaurant with superb food and it is not that easy. Since we shared the plates I could taste several dishes and all of them were fantastic. Excellent salad made of chickpeas and calamari, pasta with fresh burrata and very juicy steaks from bull and horse - all prepared so well that all the expensive city restaurants could only dream about reaching this quality. I hope I will have a chance to return and enjoy the meals again."
